Observation

Licensor observed cords accessible in Room #1, and in low kitchen cabinets from appliances. Licensor observed plastic bags or items with plastic accessible to children in cabinets under both kitchen and bathroom sink, food pantry, hallway closet where mats are stored and outside on ground. Licensor observed no stickers on slidding glass door to prevent hazard to children. Licensor did not observe GFI outlets near bathroom or kitchen sinks near water sources. Licensor did not observe a GFI outlet near water sources of kitchen and bathroom sinks.
